Saturday - 09.00 - 17.00

Following their highly successful environmental exhibition at Hadlow Land based College last April, the core group of Finite? artists are staging a second show in Sevenoaks Library Gallery, Kent.

This will allow the public who participated in the making of the Finite? River - Knit and the Big Sock - Weave to see the exhibits again along with some of the original exhibits and some new pieces.

This new exhibition Finite? What next? is a response to our immediate and increasingly worrying environmental problems. It aims to raise awareness of the finite resources of the Earth, through paintings, sculptures, textiles, and interactive art.  Come along and see a weaving made out of re-cycled odd socks and join in the making of the Finite? River – Knit, a 60ft long knitted river, highlighting the problems of drought and flooding.
