The beinghuman warehouse holds its first open day on 20th June 2009 with talks, music, screenings, art, philosophy, & workshops from Sundance, WOMEX & Grammy Award winning film makers, musicians, artists, environmentalists & ethical business leaders all ending with a rather lovely party in the evening!
The aim of the open day is to promote the warehouse, a hub for creative, ethical & enterprising innovators to the local press, creative, cultural & ethical business community. Press, bloggers, twitters, potential members, small businesses & freelancers can come, have a chat, see how the warehouse works & what benefits members receive, whilst attending a great talk, watching an inspirational film & networking with other artistic, ethical & creative human beings.
The party in the evening will have live music from beinghuman's Gaynor O'Flynn, cellist Emily Burridge, pianist Phil Nicholas, visuals from beinghuman's Che Guevara with the Big Chill's Laura B on the decks.
