On 5 June 2008, 120 guests, including representatives of key cultural institutions were invited to an evening event hosted by the GLA in London’s Living Room.
The audience were gathered to hear plans and respond to the idea of launching an annual day to celebrate the arts contribution to responding to environmental issues.
To demonstrate how much fantastic work is already taking place we invited a number of speakers to tell the audience about their activities, efforts and views.
