Stop.Watch.

Stop.Watch. Seven short films for the internet

Stop.Watch. is a collection of seven short films for the internet addressing ecological themes by upcoming and established artists; a collaboration between Animate Projects and RSA Arts & Ecology.

The result is a highly inventive range of approaches which are witty, provocative, disturbing and wise in their comment on the unprecedented environmental challenges of the 21st century.

The artists are:

Jordan Baseman
Phil Coy
Manu Luksch
Young-Hae Chang Heavy Industries
Simon Woolham
Christine Odlund
Elodie Pong and Annie Wu

In addition to viewing the films online they are being screened throughout the UK and internationally in leading galleries, cinemas, new media venues and festivals. The films will soon be available online on this site; in the meantime, they can all be seen here

Poll

As an artist, are you aware of the impact your own practice has on the environment?

Yes, and I consider that when chosing processes and materials.

Yes, but it's better to think of the art first, and the materials and processes second.

No, it's not a consideration when I make my art.
